Our drop-in programs are designed to be welcoming for people of all fitness levels – from the beginner to advanced participant. Our team of inspiring and enthusiastic instructors will help keep you motivated and coming back for more!

Please exchange your membership card or drop-in card at the recreation desk for a wristband.

Note: No fitness classes held on statutory holidays. All participants are required to register at the reception desk before participating in any drop in programs. If you have any health concerns, including pregnancy or injuries, that you feel the instructor should be aware of, please inform the instructor prior to class. Maximum of 30 participants per class — first come, first served. No advance reservations.

Flow Yoga

Mondays and Thursdays

Enjoy the power of connecting the mind, body and spirit with Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Improve your flexibility, core strength, balance, and stability though various postures and stretches. This is a dynamic style of yoga where the postures flow from one to the next with emphasis on the breath. All ability levels are welcome. We recommend newcomers arrive 10-15 minutes early to speak with the instructor about any concerns they have. Modifications are given for all postures and participants are encouraged to work at their own level.
Note: There is a $2 rental fee for yoga mats.

Core and Stretch

Tuesdays

A 50-minute class focused on working out your core gently and stretching out all those sore achy muscles. The intensity of this class is beginners to moderate. We are there mainly to fire up some sleepy core muscles and to give a good stretch, improving posture and taking away tension from working at your desk all the time.

Muscle Pump

Mondays

This 40-minute dynamic workout is perfect for those on a busy schedule who still want a full-body workout. A good warm-up will be followed by a variety of innovative resistance exercises - combining muscle groups and challenging balance and core for a full-body, time-efficient and effective strength workout.

Boot Camp

Tuesdays

Strengthen, tone, condition, and burn calories in our full-body fitness Boot Camp. Classes will incorporate a variety of higher intensity cardiovascular and resistance training exercises to work your entire body. Reach your fitness goals and feel results with this energetic and effective workout. All ability levels welcome.

Zumba

Wednesdays

Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class combining fast and slow rhythms with cardio and muscle-toning benefits. Dance to merengue, salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, hip hop and more. Dancers and non-dancers alike immediately and easily master a Zumba class. It’s fun! Let loose, rock out, have a blast and burn calories. Zumba is “Exercise in Disguise”.

Circuit Training

Fridays

Circuit training uses a combination of high intensity aerobics and resistance training with short rest periods, while moving quickly from one circuit station to the next for the maximum workout. This class will work all areas of the body improving mobility, strength and stamina. Join Ida for this easy to follow workout, targeting fat loss, muscle building and heart-lung fitness.
