Registration for winter courses begins Wednesday, December 14 at 6:00 a.m.

Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Registration and cancellation deadline is one week prior to course starting date or as stated with course.

Tired of the same old routine?

Mix it up with a group fitness class. Our fitness classes cater to people of all abilities, with instructors who know how to adjust the level of intensity to meet everyone's needs. Come on out Monday to Friday and try something new; we offer yoga, Core and Stretch, and other fun cardio combos. Check out the schedule

We also offer private and semi-private fitness assessments, program design, personal training, Pilates instruction and swim instruction. For more information, please call 403-762-6450

Refund Policy: You may withdraw at least one week prior to the course start date and receive a full refund or credit. If you withdraw within one week and prior to 72 hours before the course start date, you will receive a full credit or refund equal to 50% of the course fee. No refunds or credits will be given if the withdrawal is within 72 hours of the course start date.

In addition to community course programming, the Sally Borden Fitness and Recreation also offers drop in classes Monday to Friday, available to both members and non-members. Classes include Yoga, Strength and Conditioning, Cardio Latino Dance and Pilates. Check out the schedule.
