Susan McEachern is an artist who teaches photography at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In 1988, she completed a master of arts degree in sociology of education with an emphasis on feminist studies and gender relations at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (O.I.S.E) at the University of Toronto. She is active in the women’s and peace movements and has exhibited and lectured widely in Canada and the United States.
