Born on Prince Edward Island, Dayv James-French now makes his home in Ottawa. In between, he has spent time in England, Israel, Europe, and every province except Saskatchewan. A participant in the Writing Studio (1994 Rachel Wyatt), James-French's short story collections are What Else is a Heart For? (Beach Holme 1998) and Victims of Gravity (Porcupine's Quill 1990).
