Elizabeth Hay, Contributor

Elizabeth Hay was born in Owen Sound, Ontario. She has worked as a broadcaster for CBC Radio in Yellowknife, Winnipeg, and Toronto. She lived in Mexico for a time, and for several years in New York City. Her novel A Student of Weather (McClelland & Stewart 2000) was a Giller Prize finalist. Her story collection Small Change (Porcupine's Quill 1997) was a finalist for the Governor General's Literary Award. She lives in Ottawa.
