A new nine-month professional coaching program is now available, thanks to a partnership between Leadership Development at The Banff Centre and Demers Group.

Learners can work on their Core Alignment Professional Coach Training, a nine-month certificate program in leadership, executive and personal coaching, through a combination of on-site and distance learning.

The program is accredited through the International Coach Federation, and includes:

• 13 days of onsite training
• 20 web-based learning sessions
• Observed coach practice
• Six mentor sessions
• Oral and written evaluations
• Certification
