The Investors Group Scholarships for Not-For-Profit Leaders

Through the generosity of Investors Group, The Banff Centre is pleased to offer substantial scholarship assistance for participants from registered charities in Manitoba who wish to attend our Leadership Development programs. Six scholarships of $4,583 each will be awarded annually to help defray the cost of program tuition, meals, and accommodation. (Additional program costs, taxes, and travel are the responsibility of the recipient.) Please Note — Priority will be given to organizations in the city of Winnipeg.

The funding is available for programs starting on or after September 1, 2011 and completed on or before June 30, 2012.

Deadline for applications is June 15, 2011. Successful recipients will be notified by early June.

To be eligible for this special full tuition funding you must meet the following criteria:

You must be an employee of a registered Canadian charity under the Income Tax Act (Canada), and your organization must be located in Manitoba. (Please Note – Priority will be given to organizations in the city of Winnipeg.) Limited funding is available.
