Banff Centre Conference guests benefit from our partnership with Xerox Global Services. The on-site facilities can assist you with your production needs, from presentations, proposals and signage to a complete range of conference materials.

Xerox Global Services offers a state-of-the-art reprographic centre that provides:

Using Xerox Global Services is a convenient option for conference organizers, instead of shipping print materials from another location. The price of shipping printed materials can be very costly, with potential delays at customs, if coming from outside Canada. Projects to be printed can be sent to Xerox via email (with limited file size), or through a Banff Centre FTP site, and are printed onsite. Instructions (pdf) are available.

This option gives you savings on the shipping and printing, and minimizes the problems of potential customs hold-ups. Your materials can be delivered directly to your conference room, ready for your arrival. The primary production equipment includes two Xerox 4112 copiers, both for high volume black & white reproduction, and a Xerox CD252 color copier for high end color reprographics. A complete bindery department offering cerlox binding, plastic coil binding, sure binding, ASF binding, stapling, padding, NCR padding, collating, trimming, drilling, folding, scoring, and laminating. With prior arrangement, we can also arrange short-term photocopy/printer rentals. Special arrangements can be made for extended operating hours, reducing or eliminating your need for short term photocopy rentals. In addition to production services, Xerox Global Services offers a full mail room with courier services.
