Computer Services and Facilities

The Banff Centre provides free wireless access for individual browsing and email checking in several buildings on the property. To take advantage of this service, you must have wireless capability in your laptop that is preconfigured for DHCP. Access instructions can be found here:

Dedicated high-speed service for large groups, using physical wiring, is also available. This must be prearranged with your Conferences Services Manager, who can provide you detailed information on computer requirements, locations and costs. Wireless service is also available for groups, depending upon size, and must be prearranged with your Conference Services Manager. Dial-up service is available in rooms.
The Information Technologies & Services Helpdesk support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30pm, but weekend and after-hours computer support for large groups can be prearranged with your Conferences Services Manager for a fee.
