The Alma Quartet was formed in November of 1999. They were first-prize winners of the 2003 FNAPEC competition in Paris, and in 2002, were invited by Walter Levin (violinist with LaSalle Quartet) to participate in the International Summer Academy “Mozarteum” in Salzburg. They are currently in the master’s degree program at the Paris National Conservatory, where they study with Jean Sulem.
